Ingredients
- Mashed potatoes
- Egg yolk
- Egg, beaten
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Drippings or other fat/oil
Procedure
- Combine the mashed potatoes and egg yolk.
- Roll the potato mixture into balls.
