A tasty pie that doesn’t require baking.
Ingredients
- 1 pint (570 ml) cream
- ¼ cup (60 ml) white granulated sugar
- 1 ea. ready-made pie crust, blind-baked
- 2 pounds (900 g) fresh strawberries, cleaned and sliced
Procedure
- Combine sugar and cream in large mixing bowl, and whip until soft and fluffy.
- Spread whipped cream in pie crust.
- Spread strawberries over whipped cream.
- Cover and chill overnight.

- Any remaining strawberries or cream can be stored for later use.
