Ingredients
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup or cane syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure
- Boil sugar, corn syrup, margarine, and coconut milk to firm-ball stage (245°F).
- Remove from heat and add vanilla.
- Serve warm.
