Description

They will attack you with a crossbow, which may be enchanted. Sometimes they may spawn riding a ravanger, but only during a raid.

Patrols

Sometimes, in certain biomes, including plains and savanna, several pillagers will spawn in a group. One of them will be a captain.

Captains

A captain is a pillager with a banner on its back. Killing them will give you an ominous bottle. When drank, you will get a bad omen debuff, which will cause a raid to start the next time you enter a village, or an ominous trial when visiting a trial chambers.
