USAGE:

MAKE type spec

DESCRIPTION:

Constructs and returns a new value.

MAKE is an action value.

ARGUMENTS:

  • type -- The datatype or example value. (Type: any-type)
  • spec -- The attributes of the new value. (Type: any-type)
