USAGE:

STRICT-NOT-EQUAL? value1 value2

DESCRIPTION:

Returns TRUE if the values are not equal and not of the same datatype.

STRICT-NOT-EQUAL? is an action value.

ARGUMENTS

  • value2 -- (Type: any)
