Metal nitrosyl complex

Not to be confused with Nitro compound.

Metal nitrosyl complexes are complexes that contain nitric oxide, NO, bonded to a transition metal.[2] Many kinds of nitrosyl complexes are known, which vary both in structure and coligand.
